What is 2,000 kg in pieces?
It depends on GSM and size. A 500GSM bath towel weighs roughly 490g — so 2000 kg equals approximately 4080 pieces. Send us your spec and we'll give you an exact piece count.
Mixing products
MOQ applies per product type. If you need bath towels and hand towels, each requires its own 2,000 kg minimum. For mixed orders, contact us — we'll check if consolidation is possible.
Custom colours & specs
Custom Pantone colors, custom GSM, and woven logos are available at the same 2,000 kg MOQ. Lab dip approval and counter-sample are completed before bulk production begins.

Three layers of quality control
We don't own the factory — but we control the quality. Here's how every order is inspected before it reaches your port.
Every mill in our network operates its own internal quality control process. This is not optional — it is a baseline requirement for any mill we work with. Before goods move to the next stage, the mill verifies GSM, construction quality, and colour consistency against the approved sample.

We conduct two independent inspections on every order. The inline check at 50% production catches issues early enough to correct without delaying shipment. The final inspection before packing.

What happens after you send an inquiry
No vague timelines. Here's a standard order from your first message to FOB.
Shipping terms
Customization
Your brand — we handle the sourcing
Provide us with your specifications. We will manage communication with our manufacturing partners for sampling, lab dips, and production — and ensure your approval is obtained at each step.
Brand label & logo
Woven jacquard logos, embroidery, or printed labels. We brief the mill, test lab samples on as per your specification, and report back for your final approval before bulk begins.
Custom GSM & weave
Loop pile, velour, waffle, or dobby — any GSM from 300 to 700. Samples are prepared according to your exact order specifications and are ready for approval within 25-30 days — before the start of bulk production.
Pantone color matching
Pantone, or physical swatch. We manage the lab dip process with the mill and only approve for bulk when your shade is within tolerance and your final approval.
Retail-ready packaging
Branded poly-bags hang tags. We coordinate packaging suppliers alongside the mill so everything arrives shelf-ready or hotel-ready.
